Ranches, farms and riverfront land in the Chubut Andes. Forty years selling our own region.
We are a family-run real estate agency in Esquel, in the Chubut Andes, and we have been selling rural land here for forty years.
Every property we list is in our own region: we know its water, its title and its access because we have walked it. We do not aggregate other people's listings. Our portfolio sits in Esquel, Trevelin, Cholila, Lago Rosario, Corcovado and Epuyén — roughly a hundred kilometres around the office.
A foreigner can buy rural land in Argentina, and the process is more straightforward than most people expect. Each property, though, is its own case, and the ones with the most striking setting are often the ones that take the longest to verify.
A farm with river frontage may have a boundary that no longer matches the survey. Land near the Chilean border requires prior authorisation. A property with native forest carries use restrictions. None of this prevents a purchase. All of it is simply better established beforehand.
